Refunds are available for products/services purchased directly from BnG Consultancy known commercially as Borders & Gates, subject to the conditions below.
Digital Products
Refunds for downloadable digital products are only granted if the product is defective or not as described. Requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
Physical Products
Refunds are available for physical products returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.
